Returns & Cancellations

Once a purchase is made, refund is only possible if there’s an issue from team Sara by Rashi and cannot deliver. The amount transferred will be refunded within 30 working days. 

Cancellations policy:

Cancellations are not possible once the order is placed. Cancellations by the customer after dispatch are not accepted. 

Refunds are not initiated if:

  • The shipping address provided is incorrect.
  • The product has been partially used and then asked to be returned or refunded. 
  • The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.

Exchange is possible if:

  • Products delivered are damaged upon opening. 
  • Wrong products are delivered by mistake. In this case, the exchange cost will be borne by the company and not the customer.
