Shipping Policy

Product delivery details will be shared on email within 4-5 working days from the date of the order booking.

The customer is kindly responsible for providing the correct shipping address. 

Approximate Delivery Timelines:

  • Delivery timelines vary on multiple factors. 
  • For heavy hand embroidered items anywhere between 8-12 weeks. 
  • For most other items (unless ready to ship) delivery can take 4-8 weeks. 
  • Our ready to ship items can be ready for dispatch within 1 week upon recieving the order. 

For unforeseen delays in product shipment, someone from our team will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.
